Lawn Bytes Business Management Software

**IMPORTANT – Lawn Bytes is a Microsoft Access Database Application that comes as part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications. Before purchasing make sure you have Microsoft Access installed on your computer.  **If you have a version of Microsoft Access that is prior to Microsoft Office 365 please make sure it is at least version 2010 or higher.  If for some reason you don’t have Microsoft Access then you have 2 options:

• (Highly Recommended) – if you want the full suite of applications like Word, Excel, etc. you can go the Microsoft Office 365 website by clicking “This Link”, then choose one of 3 plans that include Microsoft Access – these are Microsoft 365 Apps for Business, Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Microsoft 365 Business Premium.
• You can install one of the Microsoft Access Runtime applications included with your purchase – (OfficeSetup32.exe if your computer has a 32 bit operating system or OfficeSetup64.exe if your computer has a 64 bit operating system).

Lawn Bytes is a business management software that gives you the ability to manage all of your lawn and landscape business operations. The application contains an Administration Section to input your Customers, Employees, Job Titles and Types, Employee Pay information, Products, Suppliers, Units (per scoop, per load, etc.), Work Vehicle Information and Work Zones (Like the Cities you do business in). In addition to administration, the application includes a Management Section to create and manage the jobs, employees, etc. you work on whatever calendar basis you choose and a Reporting Section to show your Job Schedules for Lawn and Landscape work, Create Invoices for the work completed and other Items.

The Lawn Bytes Download will consist of several components:

• While we do recommend using the full version of Access, a copy of both the 32bit and 64bit version of the Microsoft Access Runtime is included. As a result, you can run Lawn Bytes without having to install Microsoft Access (but please consider installing the Microsoft Office Suite to get full features). 
• A full set of Microsoft Excel templates for importing data (covered in the training video)
• A training version of the application to play and learn in
• The full main version for you to start managing your Lawn and Landscape business!
